DigiExpress is looking for a Consigner Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our consigners and ensure a seamless experience throughout their journey. In this role, you will assist consigners with platform-related inquiries, investigate operational and product issues, deliver user guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient issue resolution. Your contribution will help improve operational excellence, user satisfaction, and continuous product enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to consigners' inquiries and provide timely, professional support across multiple communication channels
Guide and train consigners on effectively using the consigner panel and its features
Investigate product, platform, and system-related issues, ensuring accurate follow-up until resolution
Coordinate with Product, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve operational challenges
Document, track, and maintain accurate records of support requests, issues, and resolutions
Gather and communicate consignor feedback to Product and Operations teams to support service and platform improvements
Ensure a high standard of service while maintaining clear and proactive communication with consigners throughout the support process

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer support, client support, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems, support tools, or software platforms is an advantage
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics environments is a plus
