شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re building the next big logistics platform at DigiExpress, something that’s going to play a major role in the future of our ecosystem. This is a key position on that journey. As Senior Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the product side, working closely with design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to shape both the experience and the infrastructure from the ground up.

You’ll also manage two junior/mid-level Product Managers, helping them grow and making sure we’re aligned as a team. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s comfortable with ambiguity, loves solving tough problems, and knows how to balance strategic thinking with execution.

The team is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and fast-moving — you’ll have direct access to decision-makers and a real opportunity to influence the company’s direction.


What You’ll Do

 • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our new platform.

 • Lead discovery and design for key features, flows, and user journeys.

 • Turn complex, operations-heavy needs into scalable, user-first digital solutions.

 • Work closely with engineering, design, ops, and business teams to ship high-impact features.

 • Use data to validate ideas, test assumptions, and fine-tune product-market fit.

 • Manage and support two product managers, help them focus, grow, and deliver.

 • Foster a product culture that values learning, iteration, and user value.

 

What We’re Looking For

 • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in platforms, marketplaces, or ops-heavy environments.

 • Experience leading or mentoring other product managers.

 • Strong ownership mindset, you’re proactive and don’t wait for instructions.

 • Solid at product discovery, prototyping, prioritization, and roadmap planning.

 • Comfortable with product analytics and A/B testing.

 • Great communicator who can bring people together and move things forward.

 • Passionate about building products that solve real operational problems in simple, scalable ways.
