DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are looking for a professional and motivated Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Using different data sources to prepare reports and dashboards and define business KPIs.
Support the business side with a relentless and hardworking attitude.
Help prioritize activities based on value and be involved with decision-makers through the end-to-end process from solution suggestion to delivery on the BI side.
Run ad-hoc data analyses to diagnose business opportunities and recommend actions through effective data storytelling techniques.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, management, economics, accounting, finance, or computer and Information science required; Masters's degree preferred.
Proven experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge in developing automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization (Preferred Power BI).
Attention to detail and a well-organized, structured approach to work, and the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
Good analytical mindset and interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.

Preferred qualifications:

Fairly experienced in SQL.
Proficiency in Python and PyData tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, ...).
Understanding the data warehouse, data mart, and data model.
Passionate about data analysis, solving business problems, and learning new concepts.
Proven communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build relationships and manage the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders (written, verbal, listening, and reasoning).
