شرح موقعیت شغلی

DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistics company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are looking for a professional and motivated Planning Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Capacity planning and monitoring
Resource planning and ensuring availability of resources for on-time delivery of shipments
Driving process improvements and automation for demand planning tools to reduce manual data aggregation and increase visibility into the forecast analysis
Manage the execution of logistics plans and ensure compliance with targets
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics and prepare management reports
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Required skills and qualifications:

Excellent analytical skills and proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with operational environments and their challenges
Proven organizational skills, including time management, communication (written and verbal), and teamwork
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
Attention to details

Preferred skills and qualifications:

BS or MS degree in industrial engineering or related fields
Two or more years of experience in similar roles
