We're looking for a Senior Campaign Specialist at Digiexpress who will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic campaigns to engage and retain our fleet members. Your expertise in designing effective campaigns and analyzing data will enhance our members' overall experience and drive loyalty. Join our team and make a lasting impact!



Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  •  Develop tailored campaign strategies to engage and retain fleet members.
  •  Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align campaigns with company objectives.
 
Creative Campaign Development:

  • Conceptualize, create, and execute compelling campaigns to attract and retain fleet members.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  •  Analyze campaign data and member feedback to measure effectiveness.
  •  Utilize insights to optimize future campaigns for maximum engagement and impact.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, communication, and customer support teams to coordinate campaign activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to leverage resources and maximize campaign reach.
 
Member Engagement Initiatives:

  • Develop initiatives like events, contests, and rewards programs to enhance member engagement.
  • Monitor participation and satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary.

Communication and Reporting:

  •  Communicate campaign objectives, strategies, and results to internal stakeholders.
  •  Prepare reports detailing campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies.


 Desired Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in campaign management and strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Innovative mindset and creativity in developing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of fleet industry trends is a major plus.
