DigiExpress is a dynamic and innovative logistic company dedicated to bring smart logistic to E-Commences. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer (Front-End) to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for front-end development, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality web applications, we want you on board.



Responsibilities: 


1. Team Leadership: 

  • Lead and inspire a team of front-end developers to achieve excellence in design, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for skill development.
2. Front End Development: 

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable and responsive web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver seamless and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
3. Project Management: 

  • Work closely with project managers to define project requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Track and report project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure that front-end development aligns with overall project goals and business objectives.
4. Code Review and Quality Assurance: 

  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for testing and quality assurance processes.
5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: 

  • Foster a culture of innovation within the front-end development team.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize development processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications: 


• Proven experience as a front-end developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and user experience best practices.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools.


Preferred Qualifications: 


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field will be a plus.

• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with server-side languages and frameworks.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
