Follow up the recruitment process along with the HR department
Communicating with HR manager to identify future job openings and the requirements for those jobs
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
Onboarding new hires
Recognizing future hiring requirements and improving job descriptions and specifications
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
Research best practices on people and performance and design solutions to meet current and future needs of organization Maintain employee records
provide attendance data of employees, like absences and leaves
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training courses
Organize company events
Requirements
Related education or experience in human resources or related fields
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Reporting Ability
Advanced English skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
