شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and oversee the quality of our product.
Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues in the production of our product.
Ultimately, you will work with a team to ensure our final product meet our organization’s standards across the board.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
Make recommendations for improvement
Create training materials and operating manuals

Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Strong attention to detail
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist

Expectations:
1st week:

Onboarding process in Didar CRM in support and sales teams

1st month:
You get to know people, teams, products, and technologies we use. You start working with your team and if you are not familiar with our tools, you will quickly catch up with your own effort and your team’s help. You spend a lot of time learning about new things and we expect you to get some small tasks done.

1st quarter:
You get a good understanding about the ways our company and team work. Due to your experience, you can easily work with our technology stack and tools. You pick challenging tasks. We will not tell you what to do, you are sharp and experienced enough to make the decision. We provide you with what you need to do best.

in 6 months:
You have vast and deep knowledge about tools, work processes ,etc. It is time for you to own some tasks you work on as you have enough knowledge and experience. You have the ability to find out mistakes in all aspects of the system you work on. We rely on your skills and you have to tell us what to do.
