شرح موقعیت شغلی

In Dgshahr, we’re looking for a  Campaign Manager. Your main job will be to manage our customer attraction campaigns from start to finish for both our B2C and B2B customers. This includes planning, running, improving, and checking how well these campaigns are doing. You’ll team up with our Performance Marketing folks to create 
complete marketing campaigns that move customers through the whole sales process.


Responsibilities

  • Build customer acquisition, conversion, and growth strategies aligned with business goals for both B2C and B2B markets
  • Plan and run full-funnel campaigns across online and offline channels, ensuring consistent messaging and performance across the journey
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks across the user journey and implement improvements to conversion performance
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and other CRO initiatives
  • Track campaign performance and provide data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitors to uncover new acquisition opportunities
  • Coordinate with Product, Design, Content, Data, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and a better customer experience
  • Create performance reports and actionable insights to support marketing and business decisions
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI 
Qualifications

  • Five years in campaign management, growth, or acquisition marketing
  • Proven track record in managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong expertise in conversion funnels, customer journeys, and acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in tracking core metrics (CVR, CAC, CPL, CTR, ROMI, Activation Rate, Lead Volume)
  • Background in FinTech, LendTech, Banking, or Digital Lending
