At DGShahr, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. If you are passionate about turning data into actionable insights and enjoy solving business challenges through analytics, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting in Metabase for teams across the company (product, commercial, operations, marketing, Support)
Write and optimize analytical SQL against PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
Analyze product and marketplace performance: funnels, retention, user behavior, and growth metrics
Prepare recurring financial and stakeholder reports, including clean, presentation-ready Excel / Google Sheets deliverables
Use Python (pandas) for data wrangling, ad-hoc analysis, and automating repetitive reporting work
Partner with stakeholders to turn vague questions into well-defined metrics and clear answers
Help keep our metric definitions consistent and our dashboards trustworthy

What we’re looking for

1–2 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst or similar role
Strong SQL: joins, aggregations, window functions, and the habit of checking your numbers
Experience building dashboards in a BI tool (Metabase preferred, or similar such as Power BI)
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (pandas, matplotlib, plotly, scikit-learn, scipy, statsmodels, dash, streamlit and etc)
Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences
Curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort asking “does this number make sense?”
