Job Description

we are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. If you are passionate about the digital world and social media, and have the skills to develop and execute effective strategies for Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, we would be thrilled to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a social media content strategy tailored for Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging, scroll-stopping captions that attract attention and drive interaction.
Ideate and plan content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.
Work closely with the design and video team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and industry conversations to keep our content relevant and fresh.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community building.
Collaborate with the SEO and performance marketing teams to optimize posts for reach and engagement.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategies.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in fintech or related industries.
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft short, engaging, and persuasive captions.
Strong understanding of Instagram, X, and LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute high-performing content ideas.
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite).
Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
A results-driven approach, with a focus on engagement, reach, and community growth.
