1. Education & Experience


  • Minimum high school diploma. Relevant education in IT, customer service, or communication is an advantage. Experience in customer service or technical support.
2. Skills:


  • Great and upwards Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented.

4. Responsibilities:


  • A) Customer Service:
  • Handle inquiries from customers via phone and email.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Please resolve any issues and answer questions about the company's products or services.
  • B) Support Administration:
  • Register and follow up on support cases in the company's ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex cases to other departments when necessary.
  • C) Technical Support:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide guidance and training in the use of the company's products and services.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of software
  • D) Customer Experience:
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience by providing fast and efficient service.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve services and processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support services
  • E) Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Share knowledge and experiences with colleagues
  • F) Damaged equipment (insurance cases) Work:
  • Assist customers with insurance cases of damages on their equipment, including collecting and analyzing necessary information.
  • Follow up on active cases to ensure they are handled efficiently.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve the cases and ensure a positive customer experience
