شرح موقعیت شغلی

Overview: Future Driver is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly solutions for the transportation and workshop industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a user-centered design approach.

Responsibilities:

Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final implementation.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Design user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all modules.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance and feedback.

2. Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the software industry.
Proven experience in designing complex web applications and dashboards.

Skills:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. We use Figma as our primary tool today.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for details.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
