Denxa (A Canadian-based company) is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our product teams. In this role, you will work with product managers and report to the CEO. You’ll have the opportunity to lead, establish, and develop the brand voice for Denxa. In addition, you will have the responsibility of adding new knowledge to our team. - Roles and Responsibilities


  • Experienced B2B/B2C Digital Marketer - with a proven track record of leveraging digital media (including marketing automation, SEO, and SEM) to drive growth in highly qualified leads in support of expanding our core and adjacent market pipelines
  • Brand Builder – with demonstrated experience developing and implementing brand strategy – segmentation, targeting, positioning - to build a brand within existing verticals and establish the relevance of brand within new adjacent markets
  • Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
  • Develop marketing content strategies for digital campaigns, SM, white papers, and blogs to attract target customer leads in collaboration with content marketers
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Develop a comprehensive digital selling strategy including lead generation, virtual presentations, and e-commerce solutions
  • Manage launch campaigns for new products.
  • Ensure effectively, branded marketing communications, including the company website, print communication, trade shows, conferences, and advertising
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Analyze existing customer programs to better understand future opportunities
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Identify and manage marketing events to engage with the highly qualified prospects that will expand our core and adjacent market pipelines

- Qualifications


  • Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, team player
  • Understanding the software development process
  • 5+ years professional experience, with a proven track record in developing highly effective marketing strategies, especially in crypto market products
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to work in a company, team, and individual settings
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills in English
  • Experience communicating with a B2B and B2C audience
  • Experience managing complex projects by building strong working relationships with multiple partners across all departments and levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
  • Preference for those with experience working with distributed teams
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills with experience executing programs on deadline for multiple projects simultaneously, accurately, efficiently, and with an attention to detail
