About the Role

We’re hiring an HR Specialist to support our growing international team. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to day-to-day people operations, while working closely with team members across different countries.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: writing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
Run onboarding and offboarding for remote and international employees
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Act as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and engagement
Support performance review cycles and team development initiatives
Help build and improve HR policies and processes as the company scales

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English. This is essential, because you’ll communicate daily with a Canadian and international team
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations
Experience working with or within an international company
Ability to work during Canadian business hours (Pacific Time)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional, discreet handling of confidential information

Nice to Have

Experience hiring and managing remote or distributed teams
Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems
Background in logistics, e-commerce, or tech companies
