This is a full-time remote job, with 173 hours per month and your work will be tracked using the Time Doctor platform.

Fluent English communication skills are a must. (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)

Location: Remote (Based in Vancouver, Canada time zone)

Job Description:
As a Senior Email Marketing Specialist at DelGate and the child company, it's here Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving our email marketing strategies to engage and nurture our customer base. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns to maximize customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise to deliver targeted, personalized email communications that align with our brand objectives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, design, copywriting, segmentation, testing, deployment, and analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and compelling offers that resonate with our target audience.
Utilize marketing automation tools to build and manage email workflows, customer journeys, and dynamic content personalization.
Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B tests and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve overall email marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Proficiency in cold email marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as [e.g., Brevo, HubSpot, Instantly, etc.] and marketing automation tools.
Excellent copywriting and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
