Company Overview
we are a leader in the data analytics sector, dedicated to transforming complex data into actionable insights with user-centric design. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help elevate the user experience of our analytics tools and platforms

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a deep passion for design and an excellent understanding of user experience strategies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and have extensive experience in crafting intuitive and dynamic interfaces, particularly for complex, data-driven web applications

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our data analytics platform
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand and translate complex data functionalities into easy-to-use designs
Employ Figma to develop and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Incorporate effective data visualization techniques to present complex data sets in an understandable and visually appealing manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and incorporate modern design principles and technologies
Conduct user research and usability testing to continually refine and improve the user experience
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and executive teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in data-intensive environments
Advanced proficiency in Figma and other visual design tools
Strong understanding of data visualization and experience in designing complex user interfaces
Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
