Join our Tier A, industry-leading web3 analytics company as we shape the future of finance. We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and quantitative finance.
This is a 100% remote position where you'll collaborate with an exceptional team of outstanding talents.

In this role, you'll leverage state-of-the-art LLMs to analyze vast amounts of textual data from various social platforms. You'll develop advanced models to uncover patterns and trends, and contribute to building our own LLM with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Your work will enable the creation of AI agents capable of answering complex questions and summarizing extensive information using our proprietary data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP, with proficiency in frameworks like NLTK, spaCy, Gensim, TorchText, Gradio, PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers. Expertise in transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and Byte Pair Encoding (BPE) tokenization is essential.
Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models, prompt engineering, and knowledge distillation is required. Familiarity with advanced techniques such as distributed training, model parallelism, mixed-precision training, and gradient checkpointing will set you apart.

Additionally, a solid understanding of quantitative finance and experience in financial modeling is highly desirable. You'll apply your quant skills to analyze financial data, develop predictive models, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

Starting salary is $1000/month.
