شرح موقعیت شغلی

In the QA tester role, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans. You will collaborate with software developers and project supports to determine project scope and requirements. Success in this role will be demonstrated by providing quality work output, screening for errors, and refining usability throughout the software development and implementation process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Review and analyze system specifications
Collaborate with QA Engineer to develop effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
write test scripts;
carry out automated regression tests after every update and release of the new software version;
run performance tests (load, stress, spike tests, etc.) to check how the software works in extreme conditions;
set the priority for automation scenarios and work to maximize test coverage;
write documentation on automated testing and select new automated tools.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 year of QA testing experience
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Experience in project management and QA methodology
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Testing tools: Selenium, Katalon Studio, Test Complete, SoapUI, IBM Rational Functional Tester, Ranorex, etc.
Project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, etc.
Communication tools: Slack, Skype, Zoom, etc.
