شرح موقعیت شغلی

Dataak is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach to join our growing team. You'll work closely with multiple cross-functional squads across our social media data products, helping them maintain and improve agile maturity, foster continuous improvement, and ensure delivery excellence.

This is not just a facilitation role — we're looking for someone who can coach teams, remove organizational impediments, and contribute to project coordination and reporting. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy empowering high-performing agile teams, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and support 2–3 agile squads working on social data products and data-driven insights platforms
  • Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Standups)
  • Guide teams in applying Agile/Scrum principles effectively to maximize self-organization and value delivery
  • Identify and remove blockers at team and organizational levels, or connect with the right people to resolve them
  • Contribute to project coordination efforts and stakeholder reporting as needed
  • Promote continuous improvement and team health across squads

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments
  • Strong command of Agile principles, with proven hands-on implementation experience
  • Familiarity with Kanban and Scrumban frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong critical thinking and time management abilities
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience working across multiple teams or squads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with larger software teams or complex delivery environments
  • Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, data science, or big data technologies
  • Coaching mindset and ability to support organizational-level agile growth
