At DataArt, we are providing a pioneer customer data platform and automation system for startups, businesses, and enterprises both in Iran and in the international market.

We are looking for a motivated product manager in developing our marketing automation system and its delivery to our customers. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with end-users, functional and technical team members to deliver quality features and solutions to provide value for our customers.

As a Product Manager you will:

Break down problems into small actionable steps and keep product development in pace to achieve our long-term goals.
Design concepts and work closely with designers and engineers to implement and iterate on prototypes and product features.
Prioritize user stories and help the team with finding the best solutions for problems at hand.
Communicate effectively with potential customers in Demo sessions.
Help customers go through the onboarding process until they setup their workspace
Hear and Value customer feedback in product design.

Requirements

Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Persian and English
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Experience in creating strategic product roadmap from conception to launch
Strong Analytical Skills
Experience in working with analytic tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Metabase)
Eager to learn new things
Background in computer science or engineering
