Are you a creative and detail-oriented videographer with a passion for producing engaging content for social media? Darvag is looking for a Senior Videographer to join our team and elevate our social media presence. You’ll play a key role in capturing and crafting compelling, high-quality videos that resonate with our audience and align with our brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot, edit, and produce high-impact video content tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) using both mobile devices and professional cameras.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop content ideas, ensuring they align with campaign goals and audience needs.
Repurpose existing footage into engaging short-form videos, stories, reels, and ads to maximize audience engagement.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and videography techniques, including mobile videography, to deliver fresh, modern content.
Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs while driving creative innovation.
Manage multiple projects from pre-production to final editing under tight deadlines, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Implement feedback and revisions to meet the creative vision and project objectives.
Oversee color grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics to enhance production value.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content. (Submitting work samples is required)
Proficiency in shooting video using both mobile devices (iPhone, Android) and professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar software.
Proficiency in Canva and CapCut, specifically for social media video creation and optimization.
Experience with cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
In-depth knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and best practices for each social media platform.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and framing for engaging social media content.
Experience with motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Knowledge of social media algorithms and how video content can drive engagement and reach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced, digital marketing, or agency environment.
Familiarity with analytics tools to understand video performance metrics and optimize content.
Passion for emerging video trends and the ability to experiment with new formats and styles.

Work Samples Required:
Please submit your portfolio along with your resume. The portfolio should include examples of your work that showcase your videography skills, particularly for social media platforms. Include samples shot with both mobile devices and professional cameras if possible.
