Are you a creative and detail-oriented video editor with a passion for producing engaging content for social media? Darvag is looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our team and elevate our social media presence.
You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling, high-quality videos that resonate with our audience and align with our brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and produce high-impact video content specifically tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin, etc.)
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas, ensuring they align with campaign goals and target audience needs.
Repurpose existing content into engaging short-form videos, stories, reels, and ads that optimize audience engagement.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and video editing techniques to ensure fresh, modern content.
Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs while pushing the boundaries of creativity.
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Implement feedback and revisions to meet the creative vision and objectives.
Oversee color grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics to enhance production value.

Requirements:

+3 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar software.
Proficiency in Canva and CapCut, specifically for social media video creation and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and best practices for each social media platform.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and timing for engaging social media content.
Experience with motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Knowledge of social media algorithms and how video content can drive engagement and reach.

Preferred:

Experience working in a fast-paced, digital marketing or agency environment.
Familiarity with analytics tools to understand video performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
Passion for emerging video trends and the ability to experiment with new formats and styles.
