شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the Venture Office and help turn promising opportunities into validated, usable products. You will work across ventures, from customer discovery and early experiments to MVPs, launch, and growth, translating complex needs into clear experiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, with a track record of taking digital products from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Experience designing web and mobile products, including complex workflows. SaaS, fintech, banking, payments, or investment product experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in small, cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and manage design priorities across ventures at different stages.
  • Strong foundations in user research, UX, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reusable components and design systems, including design tokens and documentation.
  • Strong Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, variables, and interactive prototyping.
  • Ability to turn customer problems and business assumptions into testable prototypes, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain trade-offs, seek feedback, and revise designs based on evidence.
  • Intermediate English proficiency sufficient to work with design resources, tools, and documentation.
  • A strong portfolio showing your role, problem framing, research, iterations, design decisions, and outcomes. Be ready to walk through your case studies during the interview.
Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design process for assigned ventures, from customer discovery and problem definition to prototypes, MVP delivery, and post-launch improvement.
  • Work with Product Managers, Venture Analysts, Engineers, and relevant business and domain specialists to connect user needs with venture hypotheses, commercial goals, and delivery constraints.
  • Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes. Match design fidelity to the learning goal and venture stage so teams can test ideas before committing to development.
  • Build and maintain design systems using reusable components and tokens, sharing patterns across ventures where useful while supporting each product's distinct needs.
  • Design clear, accessible experiences for complex workflows. Partner with engineering and QA on implementation reviews, including responsive behavior, interaction states, and error handling.
  • Plan and run customer interviews, competitive research, usability tests, and lightweight experiments. Validate needs beyond the anchor customer; use A/B tests when traffic and measurement support them. Track relevant outcomes such as task completion, activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Present design recommendations with evidence, assumptions, and trade-offs. Document learning to support venture decisions to continue, accelerate, pivot, pause, or stop, and use post-launch feedback to prioritize improvements.

  • Working Hours: Full-Time Sat to Wed 8:00 to 17:00
