شرح موقعیت شغلی

Our client is an international financial technology company looking to expand its team in Iran. You will work with business partners to translate business analytic problems into cognitive computing technology architectures to solve business problems with actionable recommendations, tools and AI models.

Responsibilities:

Researches, develops and maintains deep learning, machine learning, cognitive computing and statistical modeling approaches by scanning technology and industry landscape needed for enabling the required business capabilities.
Enables and supports delivery teams in conducting Proofs of Concept workstreams to validate the realization of business capabilities needed for implementing the business strategy.
Partners with lines of business to translate business analytic problems into technical solution designs and actionable recommendations across the organization.
Researches, develops and maintains processes, and governs the use of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive models in the enterprise that are built using cognitive computing by publishing AI/ML principles and guardrails.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be excited about working in a collaborative team environment, with an emphasis on team performance. We also require the following:

3 - 5 years of experience in AI Engineering with building AI models using tools in the domains of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, statistical modeling
Background in software development is required.
Formal education or coursework completion in vector algebra and statistical modeling is required.
Fluency in programming skills such as Python, R, Java, SQL or other equivalent languages.
Background in basic machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement and deep learning and major machine learning frameworks including Pytorch, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, Panda, SparkML.
Experience in researching and analyzing competing technologies to provide business-oriented recommendations.
Experience or familiarity of High-Performance Compute grid for processing large analytic workloads is a plus.
Experience with distributed computing such as Hadoop, Cloud technologies
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve desired results.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage assignments on multiple projects, in a fast-changing technical environment.

Ability to work extended hours as needed.
