Job Description

DariaHamrah is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the Agile transformation for our DariaSystem ERP and other projects. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that Agile principles are effectively applied to facilitate the smooth development and deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ERP solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead and coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the DariaSystem ERP project teams.
Guide Agile Teams: Support Agile teams working on DariaSystem ERP in adopting and implementing Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Remove Impediments: Identify, address, and resolve any roadblocks or challenges that could hinder the progress of ERP development.
Promote Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication, transparency, and coordination among development teams and stakeholders working on the DariaSystem ERP.
Monitor Project Progress: Track and measure team performance through metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and cycle time, ensuring continuous improvement in the delivery of the DariaSystem ERP project.
Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, and promote best practices specific to ERP system development.
Ensure Timely Delivery: Collaborate with product owners and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of the DariaSystem ERP, meeting project milestones and business objectives.
Support Product Owners: Assist product owners in managing the ERP system backlog, refining user stories, and prioritizing features to ensure that the DariaSystem ERP meets business requirements.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Encourage continuous learning, experimentation, and process improvement to enhance the performance of teams working on DariaSystem.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key point of contact for external and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and transparency on the progress of the DariaSystem ERP project.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a focus on ERP systems or large-scale software projects.
Proven experience implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, especially in the context.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced ERP development environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in ERP system development or implementation.
Knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Familiarity with Web3.0 technologies.
