Job Responsibilities:

Implement onboarding processes and facilitate the integration of newly recruited individuals within the organization.
Brainstorm and execute programs aimed at enhancing team morale, fostering a sense of belonging, and promoting organizational engagement among individuals.
Manage periodic feedback processes within the organization.
Conduct job satisfaction surveys and troubleshoot HR issues within the organization.
Plan and enhance the organization’s welfare facilities and implement related administrative processes.

Experience in companies operating in the fields of Internet, E-commerce, or Online services will be considered a plus.
