شرح موقعیت شغلی

We at Dadekavan Team need a CMDB Engineer to upgrade and manage the configuration of our projects. Below we will specify the required conditions and skills in order. "Please read the advertisement text carefully before submitting your resume"

Technical Skills Required:

Full proficiency in IT infrastructure concepts, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and operating systems (Windows / Linux)
Complete mastery of the ITIL framework, especially in:
- Configuration Management
- Change Management
Extensive hands-on experience with CMDB platforms such as:
- ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, iTop, or equivalent systems
Strong command of databases and SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting
Advanced scripting skills in at least one of the following languages:
- PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage, structure, and maintain complex configuration data accurately
Excellent documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical, operations, and support teams
Strong experience with CMDB architecture, maintenance, and optimization
Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
Deep understanding of ITIL principles and IT asset management
Ability to integrate CMDB with other systems and generate analytical reports

Eligibility conditions:

At least 6 years of relevant experience
Work remotely and hourly
Payment is hourly and based on experience
Complete proficiency in speaking, listening and reading English.
