شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a sharp, highly skilled, and internationally minded Research & Business Development Specialist to support an ongoing global project.

In short: We are not looking for an average researcher. We need someone who thinks fast, communicates even faster, understands international business dynamics, and can turn research into real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on international markets, industries, and business opportunities
Identify potential partners, clients, and strategic opportunities
Communicate and engage with international contacts when required
Analyze data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations
Support the expansion and development of global business initiatives
Provide structured, high-quality research outputs for decision-making

Requirements

Exceptional English proficiency (must be strong in spoken communication) — this is the most critical requirement
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
Outgoing, socially confident, and comfortable engaging with international professionals
High intelligence, fast thinking, and strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of global business ecosystems outside of Iran
Strong research capabilities with a practical, business-oriented mindset
Proactive, result-driven, and highly adaptable personality

Working Conditions

Fully remote position
Hourly-based collaboration (primary model)
