شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Change Management Specialist to lead and support cybersecurity programs focused on governance and regulatory compliance. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team driving impactful organizational change in the cybersecurity domain.

This role requires familiarity with cybersecurity governance frameworks, regulatory landscapes (such as GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.), and managing organizational change in technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with cybersecurity initiatives
Manage stakeholder matrices, communication plans, and create strategic documentation to ensure clear program visibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth adoption of governance and legislative requirements
Lead operational tasks related to change implementation, ensuring effective dissemination of information
Monitor and report on change progress and impact

Qualifications:

Certification in Prosci Change Management or an equivalent recognized credential
Proven experience managing cybersecurity projects or programs, preferably with a focus on governance or legislation
Strong operational management skills including stakeholder engagement and strategic communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
Prior experience in managing complex change initiatives within regulated industries is a plus
