شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts to ensure the highest quality of our web applications and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools
Collaborate closely with development teams to translate requirements and risks into effective test scenarios
Implement and execute automated tests for REST APIs and web applications (functional & non-functional)
Continuously improve testing processes using modern strategies and technologies
Identify, analyze, and prioritize bugs in close coordination with development teams
Apply industry best practices and tools for test automation within an agile environment

Must-Have Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in test automation for REST APIs and web applications
Strong familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
Experience working in agile teams (Scrum) using tools like JIRA and MS Teams
Independent, structured work style with strong analytical skills
Fluent English (spoken and written) — project language is English
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup

Nice-to-Have:

QA/testing certifications
Experience in the financial services sector
Experience working with offshore or nearshore teams
Fluent in conversational English
