About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Expert who combines strong technical development capabilities with hands-on experience in SAP Authorization & User Administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fully remote environment, has a proactive mindset, and can communicate effectively in English with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize SAP solutions using ABAP, UI5/Fiori, and/or OData Services
Manage user roles, profiles, and authorization concepts across SAP modules
Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into secure, efficient technical solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues and access violations
Implement and maintain SAP best practices related to authorization and system security
Participate in code reviews and collaborate in DevOps processes
Document technical specifications, procedures, and authorization matrices

Requirements:

Proven experience in SAP development (ABAP / UI5 / Fiori / BTP / CDS Views / etc.)
Strong knowledge of SAP Authorization Concepts, PFCG, SU01, SUIM, and audit/security best practices
Familiarity with S/4HANA environment is a strong advantage
Good understanding of SAP modules like FI, MM, SD, HCM (preferred but not mandatory)
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have:

Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance)
Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform or SAP BTP
Understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management) principles
