Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key part in website management, content development, and internal communications. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the digital transformation program with active involvement in Marketing Automation initiatives. Fluent English speakers only.

Job Function and Responsibilities

Support the global marketing team by implementing and executing digital marketing and demand generation campaigns for targeted markets.
Background in B2B marketing, preferably of SaaS products, nice to have experience in B2B2C and B2C marketing as well.
Execute email, web and social campaigns with the ability to track results and adjust campaigns to generate leads and revenue.
Implement targeting and segmentation strategies for campaigns.
Use A/B and Multivariate testing to constantly improve our demand generation strategies
Develop and execute website content for consumer-facing sites.
Execute integrated demand generation campaigns that acquire, activate, and engage customers and prospects.
Plan, launch, measure, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across channels including SEM, SEO, display, video, content syndication, and website.
Identify and present new data-driven opportunities in the areas of content creation/optimization, channel investment, customer journeys, conversion-rate optimization, new audience segments, and processes.
Use segmentation and behavioral data to develop, implement, and manage programs that drive repeat sales, build loyalty, and reduce churn by engaging customers with targeted, relevant content and merchandising at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
Grow and manage marketing automation platform nurturing the customer along the funnel through email automation, targeted email marketing and lead management.

Skills

Perfect English Fluency is a must.
3+ years digital marketing experience, preferably with a B2B or digital marketing agency.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative SEO and site optimization.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Good technical, communication and influential skills are required.
Ability to learn new technologies
Excellent written communication skills
An accredited, four-year Marketing, Business, Technology degree, or a closely related field.
