شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:
As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and target key audiences.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
Define target customer personas and develop targeted messaging and positioning strategies to resonate with specific audience segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and events.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing efforts.
Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on marketing initiatives and investments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a marketing strategist or similar role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Knowledge of current marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
