### Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Type: Full-time

### Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in recruitment and hiring processes.
- Skilled in conducting job interviews.
- Document meeting notes and send memos to relevant people.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Familiarity with labor laws, insurance, and contracts.
- Create a smooth and pleasant working experience for the rest of the team with your creativity, reliability, and predictability.
- Relevant experience related to tech companies.

### Qualifications:

#### Must:
- Fluency in the English language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being observant of the atmosphere and emotions of colleagues and reacting accordingly.
- Openness to feedback and providing batched, timely and constructive feedback to others.

معرفی شرکت

مجموعه رسانه و سرگرمی کامیت‌ام یک کسب و کار بزرگ و جامع، متشکل از زیرمجموعه‌های بهم پیوسته و همسو است. کامیت‌ام همزمان که در بخش رسانه‌سازی و تولید محصولات سرگرمی فعالیت دارد، به ابزاری قدرتمند جهت معرفی این محصولات مجهز است. فعالیت‌های کامیت‌ام از صفر تا صد یک پروژه سرگرمی، از تولید محتوا، ارائه و معرفی به مخاطب را در برمی‌گیرد.
کامیت‌ام یک سیستم یکپارچه متشکل از سه زیرمجموعه اصلی است: 1. درگاه پذیرش تبلیغات دیجیتال 2. رسانه‌ها 3. برندها و محصولات.
کامیت‌ام با در اختیار داشتن دارایی منحصر به فرد متشکل از برندهای بسیار قوی و پرنفوذ مانند قهوه تلخ، شب‌های برره، پاورچین، باغ مظفر، گنج مظفر، مرد هزار چهره و... که کامیت‌ام را به یک مجموعه بی‌رقیب و بی‌بدیل تبدیل می‌کند، در هر یک از این سه زیرمجموعه محصولات متنوع، پرمخاطب و قدرتمندی دارد که در کنار هم مجموعه‌ای عظیم را ایجاد می‌نمایند.
