About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Growth Operations Assistant to support the growth of Breva.dev and Breva’s clients.

This is a hands-on role combining sales operations, CRM, outreach, performance marketing, social media, funnels, landing pages, and growth reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage and update Breva’s CRM, sales pipeline, leads, and follow-ups
Support LinkedIn and other outbound outreach campaigns
Research prospects, companies, and potential opportunities
Assist with lead qualification, proposals, follow-ups, and sales materials
Track leads from outreach through meetings, proposals, and conversion
Support landing pages, funnels, and conversion optimization
Coordinate social media activities and content calendars
Support CRM, email, SMS, retention, and reactivation campaigns
Help with customer support and commercial operations for Breva clients
Monitor campaign, website, e-commerce, and sales performance
Coordinate growth requirements with Breva’s design and development team
Use AI and automation tools to improve and automate repetitive workflows

Ideal Candidate

1–3 years of experience in sales, growth, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role
Organized and reliable with strong follow-up skills
Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, funnels, and performance metrics
Familiar with tools such as CRM systems, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, WordPress/WooCommerce, or similar platforms
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
Able to learn quickly and work across different projects
Commercially minded and interested in how marketing and sales activities translate into revenue

You will work directly with Breva’s founder and collaborate with our design and development team, with the opportunity to gradually take more ownership of sales and growth operations.
