شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:
Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

 Having knowledge of Industry/ User Persona/ Proper Brand Voice and tone/End Users before working on Social Strategy

 Writing proper copy for post titles and getting an approval before posting

 Designing / implementing a social media strategy to align with business/Marketing goals of Ficas

 Updating the Content Calendar regularly

 Measuring the best time for posting on social media

 Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI (Return Of Investment) 

 Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily/or weekly/monthly with the collaboration of the design team (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

 Monitor the website traffic metrics to measure social media success (using Google Analytics)

 Using Social Media Analytics to report and measure evaluate of social media efforts (LinkedIn , Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)

 Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, design, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

 Collaborate with head of marketing and designers to provide content in the team

 Using automated social media marketing tools for scheduling/posting (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) 

 Oversee social media accounts’ design and content alignment (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

 Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

 Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions proactively.

Requirements:
 Proven work experience as a Social media manager (2-5 years)

Being familiar with crypto industry is an advantage

Excellent Knowledge of English: written, reading comprehension and verbal skills

Proven Copywriting Skills in English

International working experience

Familiar with Finance/cryptocurrency industry

Familiar of Social Media automation tools

Being punctual and responsible and sociable at work

Ability to deliver creative content with the help of designers (text, image and video)

General Knowledge of SEO, keyword research

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Excellent communication skills with the team

Analytical and multitasking skills
