شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description and duties:

Creating and presenting a plan for the branding of the company on social networks
Planning and presenting the strategy, formulating goals and a content calendar for posts, and managing the publication of social media posts
Cooperation with the graphics and content team to advance the goals of the social networks team
Advertising on all social networks
Identifying the target market and choosing the best method to reach it
Analysis of information, identifying and analysis of our competitors, and preparing reports

Required technical skills:

High-level knowledge of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, etc. (Familiarity with social network algorithms)
Proficient in advertising literature, effective writing techniques, and writing in social networks (Copywriting)
Mastery of captioning and hashtagging appropriately to the content
Professional mastery in social media marketing (Wide-range advertisements, influencer marketing, analysis, etc.)
Preferably familiar with one of the social network management and analysis tools (e.g., Social Pilot)
Familiar with graphics and design software such as Photoshop, Canva, and InShot
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Trello
Familiarity with branding and digital branding

Required Personal Skills and Traits:

Having at least 1 year of work experience in this field
High level of proficiency in English
Creative and full of ideas
Constant interaction with the team members
Flexible and capable of communication and coordination
Commitment to punctuality and accountability
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Capable of preparing and presenting reports related to the duties and tasks
