شرح موقعیت شغلی

Charisma Financial Information Process Company as a member of Charisma Financial Group is looking for a product owner to join our web development team and help us create and maintain a high-quality website that showcases our diverse range of financial products and services. As a product owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and functionality of the website, as well as ensuring that it meets the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. You will also work closely with the web developers, designers, marketing department, and other product owners to deliver a user-friendly, secure, and compliant website that reflects our brand identity and values.



To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • At least 3 years of experience as a product owner or a similar role in web development;
  • Familiar with web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks;
  • A good knowledge of the financial industry and its regulations, standards, and best practices;
  • Ability to use web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and monitor the website’s performance and behavior;
  • A proven track record of conducting A/B testing and other experiments to optimize the website for conversion, retention, and satisfaction;
  • A keen eye for web design principles, such as usability, accessibility, and responsiveness;
  • Web security and compliance awareness;
  • A proficient web content management skill and experience;
  • A clear vision of the website’s goals, strategy, and value proposition;
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • A customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering value.
