شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Purpose: To oversee the entire product development process, from idea generation to product launch. The Product Manager will set the product vision, define the product strategy, and ensure the product meets the company's goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Development: Define the product vision and strategy based on the company's goals and market trends.
Idea Generation and Validation: Lead the idea generation process, encourage creative thinking within the team, and validate potential product ideas based on established criteria.
Product Detailing and Prototype Development: Work closely with the R&D and Supply Chain Manager to transform validated ideas into detailed product concepts and develop prototypes.
Screening and Decision Making: Collaborate with other team members to score product ideas based on various criteria such as brand value, supply chain hardship, production feasibility, market size, customer perspective, and profit potential. Participate in decision-making processes to prioritize product ideas and decide which ones to invest in.
Product Launch Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate the product launch process, ensuring all aspects of the product, from its features to its marketing, are ready for launch.
Cross-functional Team Coordination: Coordinate with other team members, including the Marketing and Research Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Financial Manager, to ensure all aspects of the product development process are aligned and progressing as planned.
Product Performance Tracking and Review: Monitor and review the product's performance post-launch, gather and analyze feedback, and make necessary adjustments to the product or its strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the product development process.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
