شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an exceptional front-end developer to work alongside the Founder (current product owner), senior in-house full stack developer to make a real impact on the web application at the core of our business. This person needs to be willing to do some back-end work and learn Ruby on Rails is not known already.

This person will be one of the first members of our in-house tech team and will help build the team around them in the next 1-3 years. Technology underpins our entire business, and we are constantly working to improve our core product and add new features.
Some of the technologies that we are currently using are:

React.js & Redux, Saga, Axios, Lodash
Query
SCSS/SASS,
Webpack/NPM/Yarn
Good skills to build UI/UX by provided design, sometimes without
GIT (code versioning software)

Responsibilities

Working on any and all parts of our technology stack, developing frontend and backend of the
application using JavaScript, React, HTML and SASS
Engage in working collaboratively with the dev team and product owner in designing new features and updating existing ones
Bug fixing existing code
Helping to overcome roadblocks to planned development in collaboration with product owner
Engineering solutions to any issues we face as our business scales, applying new technologies and approaches as appropriate
Building cutting-edge technology that will continue to disrupt an industry

Requirements:

Ability to manage small teams and mentor junior developers
Aren’t afraid to get stuck in and work across the complete technology stack
Have solid experience in React.js
Proven experience creating UX/UI using SASS/SCSS
Love implementing new features from start to finish, following them through to testing and deployment
Ability to speak English essential and have strong communication skills
A collaborator who is comfortable working in pair programming

Nice to have:

Experience with Search Engine Optimization
Ruby on Rails Experience

Note:

Be mentioned, the headquarter is in the UK, and this job is remote, but Due to foreign currency payments, it is necessary to move to Muscat two times annually just for a few days; it is needed to have a work permit.
