شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's operational processes and delivery systems to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery. This role aims to integrate operational excellence with strategic delivery management to enhance overall performance, drive continuous improvement, and support the company’s growth objectives. The CODO will utilize data-driven insights to streamline operations, manage resources effectively, and align delivery practices with the company’s strategic vision, ensuring a seamless and superior experience for customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the end-to-end delivery process to ensure timely and high-quality service to customers.
Develop delivery strategies that align with the company’s objectives and customer expectations.
Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans that support the company’s operational goals.
Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and innovations that drive competitive advantage.
Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
Allocate resources effectively to meet operational and delivery demands.
Oversee the management of budgets related to operations and delivery functions.
Ensure optimal use of technology and tools to support operational efficiency and delivery excellence.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations and delivery team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence within the team.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and delivery functions.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Report on operational and delivery performance to the executive team.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to operations and delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and delivery functions.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within operations and/or delivery management, with a strong track record of success.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in operations management, delivery management, supply chain management, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to align operations with broader business objectives.
Extensive experience in process optimization, resource management, and performance monitoring.
Strong background in using data analytics to drive operational improvements and strategic decisions.
Candidates with experience in the e-commerce sector preferred.
Proficient in managing end-to-end delivery operations.
Ability to develop and implement effective delivery strategies.
Expertise in process optimization, workflow management, and operational efficiency.
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
Ability to align operational and delivery activities with the company’s strategic goals.
