We are searching for an innovative sales specialist with a great analytical mind to join our team. The sales specialist will be tasked with leading the sales team and providing training to new hires, performing in-depth market research. You should also be able to amend sales policies and make recommendations for business growth.

To be successful as a sales specialist, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely. Top candidates have excellent problem-solving and people skills.

Ability to field sales
Approaching approved leads and signing contract
Creating and maintaining all related client communications, documentation and reports as well as meeting and exceeding monthly targets
Follow the vision and roadmap for Calagh B2B sales channels, working with stakeholders across the company to establish and develop the channels.
Test and Measure different initiatives throughout the defined B2B Sales channels.
Strong Teamwork Attitude
Flexibility with timing and availability
Analyzing and Reporting
Commitment to deadlines, time management
Follow up skill

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as Industrial Engineering, Commerce and Strategic Management.
Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills in creating detailed reports.
Basic software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Ability to take ownership within the role, with the desire to succeed
