Job Title: Flutter Developer

BVITA is looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Senior Flutter Developer at BVITA, you will not only be responsible for designing and developing complex, high-quality cross-platform applications but also leading a team of developers to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
At least 4 years of experience in developing cross-platform applications
Strong understanding of Flutter SDK, Dart, and related tools
Experience with RESTful APIs and other web services
Proficient in Dart programming language
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Experience and deep understanding of Flutter's widgets and state management solutions is a plus

Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex, high-quality cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects
Lead and mentor a team of developers
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Flutter application development
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process

Compensation:

BVITA offers a very competitive compensation package based on experience and skills.
Payment is in USD, (USDT Tether).

Location:

This is a full-time remote position and the candidate can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Work Hours:

Work hours will be based on CST Timezone, from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. (1 hour floating time)
