Job Title: Senior Java Backend Engineer

BVITA is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Java Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Senior Java Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of web applications using Java and associated technologies, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Requirements:

Excellent English conversation skills
At least 5 years of experience in developing web applications using Java and associated technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and SQL databases
Expert proficiency in Java programming language and web application frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and leading a team in a collaborative environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of web applications using Java and associated technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and SQL databases
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of web applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web application development
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process

Compensation:
We offer a very competitive compensation package based on experience and skills.
Payment is in USD, (USDT Tether)

Location:
This is a full-time remote position and the candidate can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Work Hours:
Work hours will be based on CST Timezone, from 8-9 AM to 4-5 PM, Monday to Friday.
