شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a project management expert who can quickly and accurately advance and monitor the executive affairs of the company's various projects and perform the following tasks efficiently:

Preparation of schedule and financial plan of projects, periodic preparation of project progress reports
Assist the project manager in the implementation of project-specific Scope/time/cost control processes to ensure the project profitability and other commercial goals are met.
Track actuals against budgets, conduct variance analyses, carry out reporting of project financials and respond to queries from project teams on performance issues.
Follow up on the implementation process from the project team
Coordination of executive affairs between various units
Holding daily and weekly meetings for the better progress of the project
Keeping the logs of projects' updates
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project control reports and prepare dashboards to have a visual overview of project progress.
Archive the project planning and control files, including periodic project reports, and the documentation and backup files of the projects.
Provide daily reports to the direct manager and case reports.

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, and other related fields who worked in project management field.
More than 3 years of experience in project management fields.
Proficiency in at least one project control software and applications such as Primavera, MS Project, JIRA, etc.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Full knowledge and experience in identifying processes.
Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated, and creative.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English.
