About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interviewer & Candidate Delivery Manager to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating top technical talent and ensuring a smooth delivery of qualified candidates to our clients. This involves a deep understanding of both technical skills and client needs, along with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Responsibilities:
Interviewer:
- Conducting technical interviews: Lead in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise. This includes:
- Designing and administering coding tests and algorithm challenges.
- Evaluating candidates' code for efficiency, correctness, and best practices.
- Deep-diving into candidates' technical experience and project history.
- Assessing communication skills and cultural fit.
- Developing interview processes: Collaborate with the hiring team to continuously improve interview processes and ensure they effectively identify the best candidates.
- Staying up-to-date: Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in frontend, backend, and mobile development.
Candidate Delivery Manager:
- Understanding client needs: Work closely with clients to understand their specific technical requirements, project needs, and team dynamics.
- Matching candidates to clients: Utilize your technical expertise and understanding of client needs to identify the best candidates for each role.
- Candidate presentation and feedback: Present qualified candidates to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting their skills and experience. Gather and provide feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their staffing needs are consistently met.
- Onboarding and support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates and provide ongoing support to ensure their success in their new roles.
Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development principles and practices across various technologies, including frontend (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java), and mobile (e.g., iOS, Android).
- Interviewing Expertise: Proven experience in conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates' coding skills, algorithms, and problem-solving abilities.
- Client Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Fluent English: A high level of proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client demands.
