Job Title: Senior React Native Engineer

Location: Remote (100% Work from Home)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior React Native Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in architecting, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications using the React Native framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement complex, high-performance, and scalable mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing mobile solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensure code quality, and implement best practices for mobile app development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the React Native ecosystem and mobile app development.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews, discussions, and architectural decisions to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on React Native.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and related libraries and tools.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architectures, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with native modules, third-party libraries, and integrating with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
