شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Product Owner/Manager to join our fast-paced IT company. As a Junior Product Owner/Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, ensure timely delivery, and drive the successful launch of software products. You will assist in managing the product lifecycle from inception to market release, collaborating with stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals.

 

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior product owners, business analysts, and development teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Participate in product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings.

- Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring the team is working on the most valuable features and user stories.

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and release plans.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing features.

- Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure the product vision and user experience are effectively translated into actionable requirements.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure high-quality software releases.

- Assist in coordinating product launches, including documentation and training materials.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to inform product strategy and drive innovation.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong passion for technology and understanding of software development processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Knowledge of product management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, TFS, or Asana.

- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis is a plus.

- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with wireframing tools is beneficial.

- Prior experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, or in a similar role is advantageous.

- Good English skill is a plus
