UI/UX Designer

Blue BearX | (Remote Position)

The Opportunity

Blue BearX is hunting for a UI/UX Designer who thinks in pixels but speaks in code. Someone who doesn't just design beautiful interfaces but understands how to build them. You'll be crafting digital experiences that don't just look incredible but work flawlessly across platforms, markets, and user journeys.

This isn't your typical design role. You'll be working at the intersection of creativity and technology, helping startups disrupt industries and established brands reinvent themselves. From SaaS platforms to blockchain apps, from immersive brand experiences to AI-powered interfaces, every project will challenge you to push boundaries.

What You'll Be Doing

Design with Purpose:

Craft intuitive, conversion-focused UI/UX for web and mobile applications
Design comprehensive digital brand ecosystems that scale globally
Create design systems and component libraries that developers actually want to use
Prototype interactive experiences using modern design and development tools

Build What You Design:

Translate your designs into clean, responsive frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Take full ownership of technical implementation from concept to launch
Understand technical constraints and opportunities to enhance design decisions
Be the bridge between creative vision and functional execution

Shape the Future:

Leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping and design iteration
Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
Stay ahead of emerging design trends and development frameworks
Contribute to our growing library of AI-powered creative solutions

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

Design Mastery: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, Principle
Frontend Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Vue.js basics
Modern Tools: Git, responsive frameworks, design tokens, component libraries
AI Integration: Experience with MidJourney, ChatGPT, or similar creative AI tools
Bonus Points: Experience with no-code tools, basic backend understanding, animation libraries

Experience & Mindset:

4+ years in UI/UX design with demonstrable frontend development skills
Portfolio showcasing both design excellence and technical implementation
Experience designing for SaaS, mobile apps, or complex digital products
Understanding of user psychology, conversion optimization, and growth metrics
Fluent English communication for international client interactions
